Trout & Salmon Loch Eye Feature - Sept 2014

In spring 2014, I got a call from Stan Headley, wanting to return to Loch Eye for another feature story for Trout & Salmon; this one part of a series looking at the differences in lochs and trout from the West to the East coast of Scotland.

Our goal therefore was to boat an Eye brownie that demonstrated the difference in quality from this shallow, nutrient-rich East coast loch. Fortunately, we were successful ...  R.D.
